From 6/9/2010 to 7/8/2010 there were 22 closed sales reported (Single Family, Condo, Townhome) in Alhambra. There were 8 distressed properties, or around 27% of all reported sales during the time period. Bear in mind that there could be a higher percentage as many lenders are not filing notices of default even though borrowers have not made a payment in over a year.
