MRMLS (Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service) shows 30 closed sales of single family residences in October 2009 with an average sale price of approximately $522K. In September of 2009 the average sale price for 31 closed sales was $538K. This indicates a one month decline of approximately 3%.
