According to the California Regional Multiple Listing Service, just over 20% of the single family listings (SFR) that are currently active in Alhambra are distressed properties (i.e. foreclosure, short pay, notice of default, real estate owned, auction).  Alhambra shows 162 active with 33 of them distressed.

Arcadia has 230 active SFR listings shown, and 23 of them are distressed.

Monterey Park shows 145 active SFR listings while 17 of those are distressed.

Pasadena checks in with 528 active SFR listings, 102 of which are showing to be distressed.

Rosemead shows 92 active SFR listings and 25 are distressed.

San Gabriel shows 143 active SFR listings with 24 of those distressed.

Temple City shows 89 active SFR listings with 9 showing they're distressed.

Conversely, San Marino shows 32 active listings with none shown to be distressed.
