Good news.....the government has extended the Home Affordable Refinance Program which was scheduled to end on 6/10/2010. It has now been extended to 6/30/2011.

The Home Affordable Refinance Program allows borrowers who owe up to 25% more than their homes are worth to refinance them to lower interest rates.
