There are currently 128 active single family listings in Alhambra of which 35 are distressed, or about 27.5% of the current inventory.

San Gabriel shows 132 active with 26 of them distressed properties or about 19.75% of the inventory.

Temple City shows 81 active and 6 of those are distressed properties which is about 7.5% of the inventory.

Rosemead show 99 active, 33 of them distressed. That is about 30% of their inventory.

Monterey Park shows 118 active, 18 of which are distressed or a percentage of about 15% of MP's inventory.
