According to MRMLS (Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc.) there have been 44 closed sales of condos and townhouses reported in the city of Alhambra, zip code 91801 over the past six months (9/15/2008-3/15/2009). The average days on market was 64, and the average sale price was approximately $363K.

In the previous six months there were 61 closed sales reported. They were on the market for an average of 62 days and and the average sales price was approximately $388K.
