MRMLS shows 48 closed singles family sales during the period from 7/17/2009 to 1/17/2009, with a minimum sale price of $179,000, a maximum of $918,000 and an average of $472,336. The average days on market were 56.

In contrast, MRMLS shows 54 closed singles family sales from 1/17/2010 to 7/17/2010, with a minimum sale price of $260,000, a maximum of $800,000 and an average of $471,935. The average days on market were 57.
