There are currently 35 active single family residences on the market in the City of San Marino, CA. The asking price for these begin at $989,000, and go up to $8,288,000. The average list price is $2,562,000 and the average time on market for them has been 95 days. 

There are indications of an upward price trend for real estate in San Marino as shown in the chart below.
