According to MRMLS (Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc.) there have been 53 closed sales of single family homes in the city of San Gabriel, zip code 91775 reported over the past six months (9/14/2008-3/13/2009). The average days on market was 59, while the average sale price was approximately $605K.

In the previous six months, there were 71 closed sales reported. The average days on market were 75 with an average sale price of approximately $650K.
