According to MRMLS (Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc.) there have been 43 closed sales of single family homes reported in the city of Alhambra, zip code 91801 over the past six months (9/7/2008-3/8/2009). The average days on market was 73, and the average sale price was approximately $505K.

In the previous six months there were 45 closed sales reported. They were on the market for an average of 72 days and and the average sales price was approximately $525K.
